Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales on CodeLanguage are final, unless otherwise stated.
Digital Products
Once a digital product has been:
- Downloaded
- Accessed
- Or delivered electronically
It becomes non-refundable.
This is in accordance with UK and EU consumer law regarding digital content.
Exceptions
We may issue a refund if:
- The product was not delivered
- There was a technical issue preventing access
- A duplicate payment was made
Refund decisions are made at our discretion.
